The Still Point Framework™
The Still Point Framework™
A five-phase process for moving from inner noise to grounded clarity — during any kind of change.
There is a particular kind of disorientation that does not respond to more thinking.
You can analyze the situation thoroughly. You can make lists, weigh options, and seek advice. And still — the inner noise persists. The sense of being unmoored remains. Because the problem is not a lack of information. The problem is a loss of connection to your own inner reference points.
The Still Point Framework™ was developed to address exactly this.

The Concept
The name comes from T.S. Eliot’s Four Quartets — specifically his image of “the still point of the turning world”: a place that is neither motion nor stillness, yet from which all genuine movement and direction originate. It cannot be forced. It can only be arrived at.
This concept is the philosophical heart of the framework. In times of rapid change — technological disruption, professional crossroads, major life transitions — most people respond by accelerating: doing more, planning more, adapting more. The Still Point Framework™ inverts that instinct. It proposes that the most direct path to genuine clarity is not forward, but inward — to the quiet place beneath the noise where what is true about you has always been waiting.
The Five Phases
- Arrive — Create the conditions for honest self-inquiry. Slow down. Get present. Let the outer noise settle.
- Listen — Identify what is actually stirring beneath the surface — the emotion, the resistance, the question underneath the question.
- Remember — Reconnect with the values and inner reference points that remain stable when everything else shifts.
- Sense — Access your intuition and inner wisdom to discover where your values want to take you — before the mind turns it into a plan.
- Move — Translate clarity into one grounded, aligned next step. Not the whole path — just the next step.
What This Is Not
The Still Point Framework™ is not therapy — it does not treat psychological conditions or process trauma as its primary focus.
It is not consulting — it does not deliver expert advice or ready-made solutions.
It is not motivational coaching — it does not rely on accountability, cheerleading, or external pressure to produce change.
It is a structured process of self-inquiry and inner reconnection, guided by a coach who holds the space, asks the questions that matter, and helps you find the clarity that is already within you.
Who It Is For
The Still Point Framework™ is designed for capable, high-functioning people who are internally disoriented — not because they lack intelligence or ability, but because change has pulled them away from their own inner compass. It works across three primary contexts:
- Professional and technological disruption — navigating AI, industry change, or a shifting professional landscape
- Career crossroads — questioning whether the path you’ve built still fits who you are becoming
- Personal life change — major transitions in identity, relationships, or direction
